Mr. Bagwell is requesting a lot line adjustment to merge lots 8, 9 &10 of parcel number 001-054-02 located on N. Pine Street for the future construction of a single family home. The project is located in the Alturas Heights Addition, Block 054; on N. Pine Street, within the Alturas City limits. T.42N., R. 12E., M.D.B.&M., portion of Section 11.
