Application:
The machine is suitable for the extraction process of plant foliage, flower, grass with high oil content and common oil, aromatic oil of animal material. Adopt water distillation extraction craft and isolated distillation extraction craft.

Extraction process:
Use water steam distillation process to carry out the essential oil from material, adopt coeno-water distillation, isolated distillation, ordinary pressure extraction.
Working principle:
The equipment uses the heat conduction oil indirect heating or the steam direct heating, can guarantee the clean, safe, the normal temperature condition to be able to achieve 100℃ high temperature quickly.
Under the condition of the process, combined working with the vacuum pump, which used to guide the steam to pass through the condenser quickly, and the oil which is easy to evaporate is collected in the oil-water separator rapidly.
Distillation tank capacity: 10-200L.
