After normal temperature air passed through the heat exchanger, it is changed into the high temperature dried hot air. Under the function of air blower, the materials/products are fully contact with hot air and compley heated, so as to achieve drying.
Controlling way
It has two controlling ways. It can be controlled both automatically and manually. While the automatical valves are off worLD, the manual valve will play an indiLDenable role.

Product Pictures
First stage: Fresh product put into the dryer and stir with tools to achieve even drying.
Second stage: Combine the semi-dried product into one for further dehydration, which saves more space for new fresh product and allows various product dehydrationat the same time.
Final product: Moisture rate could be controlled. If not special required, the moisture rate will be around 8%~10%.

This is another kind of dehydration. In one box dryer, there's 2 layer with several ts. This able could ensure a perfect outlook of product.
