It selects and uses optimized structure, by which reduces oil consumption, and has high turnover rate of frying oil. During the frying process, it introduces developing fiLDering system, which can remove the residue quickly, keeps the oil fresh all the time, and make the oil's acid value turning bad LDowly. It also has advantages of good sanitation, low Enerable consumption and cost.
