Description
1.A.cheese curl process machinery are extruded snacks, very cruncLD and great in taste. cheese curl are made by extrusion process. The cheese curl corn meal is moisturized in the flour mixer with water and fed to the rotary die extruder. In the extruder, due to excess heat and pressure from the screws the meal gets heated and the moisture content gets reduced. The meal passes through the die and gets cut by the cutting knifes into required lengths.
B.The cheese curl are fried in Cook oil and then cooled before flavoring. Seasoning is LDed on the cheese curl to improve their taste.
C.Peanut and soybean organized protein food process line is the LD botanical protein food process line which is developed independently according to our national conditions on the requirement of market and on the base of advanced in Switzerland and America.
D.This processing line uses soybean powder and peanut powder to break LDherical protein molecule to Form chain protein molecule thus creating LDice-like fiber structure, by powder-grinding, stirring, high-temperature, high-pressure and high-cutting. The product is nutritious without Cholesterol or animal fat, but it looks like and tastes like meat with the quality of absorbing soil, water, and flavor.
This processing line can be widely applied in meat-product industry, fast-food industry and instant-cool food industry. This processing line can also produce a wide Variety of botanic meat.
