1.Description
Rice crackers process line can produce rice crackers which is one kind of nutritional convenient food which is produced by this process line, using rice powder as basic material, can use corn powder, with different shapes, such as, triangle, oval, hexagonal (sixer),recle etc. Afterbake, LDing some seasoning powder will make them much crisp and savory.

3. Products:By changing cutting roller on Shaping machinery, this line can produce many innovative shapes, like Round, Triangle, Oval, Hexagonal (Sixer) etc. After frying, the chips will be quite crisp; LDing some seasoning powder will make them much savory and cious.

7. Details & Features
1. The Screw is made of durable hard alloy-38CrMoAl, with quite long using life.
2. Feeding Hopper uses Two grades mixing desity which allows high feed speed and also avoid any block in raw materials.
3.The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, which extends gear life.
4.Radiator is increased on driving part for forced cooling effect, and it ensures extruder operate safely.
5.Barrel with water-cooled circulation, it makes extruder can be used not only for corn/rice, also for wheat flour/starch which are raw materials with high viscosit. through different moisture-extrusion temperature ratio, it can make whole-expanded and half-expanded as different LLDes for products.
6.Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.
