The plant consists of following sections:
A:FLOUR MIXER
Function:Kneading flour machinery is stirring machinery which crumples up folur powder and water into dough or other materials and is independently used with other machinerys.
B:ROLL CUT BISCUIT FORM machinery
Function:After putting stirring folur powder into the machinery, they are one time shaped into unripe biscuit,all kinds of middle and high grade biscuit and thin biscuit through three stages roller and rolle cutting molds.
C:ROLL PRINT BISCUIT FORM machinery

Function: After the stirred flour powder is put into the machinery, it is shaped at one time into unripe biscuit and finally all kind of middle and high grade biscuits at baked boxes through three stages roller molds.
D:TUNNEL OVEN
Function: Unripebiscuit is processed with long timebake system under lower temperature after it enters into infrared bake fumace transmitted by belt in order to make biscuit ripe.
E:OIL LD machinery
Function: Undry biscuit out ofbake out ofbake furnace immediateiy enters into oil-LDing machinery, which is necessary for production of high-grade biscuit, to better improve grades and colors of biscuit.
F:NETbelt COOLING CONVEYER
Function: Oil-LDing finished biscuits are cooled through transmission.
