2). What’s the minimum space required for installing the machinery?
Normally, according to our experience, a space with 22×4×3M is enough for our whole production line. But consideration of raw material and final production warehouse, dressing room, pre-mix preparation room etc. You can desity it according to your requirement.
3). Operators Needed: 2-4Normally, one manager, two operator and one technician
4). How Much Power Consumption For The Whole Line? 60kw
5). Does it have to install in a horizontal fashion?
The machinerys can be installed in horizontal or the form of "U" LLDe. It's according to your factory areas
