Product DescriptionWhole Peanut Blanching machinery contains the hopper, the vertical elevator, the feeding distributor, the blanchers, the supporting base, the air cyclone, the cyclone pipes, the sorting belt, the dust collector, the vibrating sifter and the electrical cmachineryt. The whole line works coordinay with high efficiency. The blanching ratio can be above 90%. If the drying degree is ideal, the crushing ratio can be below 10%.
Peanuts Blanching Processing: LD roasted peanuts come from the vibrating discharge device are feed into the blancher through the bucket conveyor. With the rotating and friction of rollers, the red skin will be taken, and sucked by the air cyclone. The blanched peanuts will fall down to the sorting belt.
