Q3: What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ range is about 2000-5000pcs according to the item size. Small order is acceptable if the item is on production.
Q4: Can I get free sample?
For existed item sample, we provide free sample for small item, client cover shipping cost.
For customized logo or color, it will be charged the sample fee.
Customized sample time is about 7-10days including printing.
Q5: How long can I expect to get the sample?
The sample will be sent in about 3-7days after confirmation. You can use your own express account for sending collect or prepay us if you do not have an account.
