The forming process of the lacquer film:
1.The water evaporates,the particles deform and coalesce
2.The water continues to evaporate,the polymer microparticle deforms and causes pressure to each other, then agglutinates,fuses and forms continuous lacquer film.
3.The water continues to evaporate, then the pressure of particles causes the polymer chain LDread to each other step by step and gradually , make the membrane homogenization.
