Drying steps with our heat pump dryer:
How dry prunes:
A: drying process: raw material selection → pickling → into the drying apparatus for drying → rinsing → → drying → packing with juice.
B: process elements:
Material selection: the choice of maturity in 80-90% of fresh plum fruit as raw material.
Pickled: fresh fruit per 100 kg plus 12 to 15 kg of salt, alum 200 graLD, put a layer of plum fruit alum sprinkle a layer of salt, pickled in the cLDinder 7 to 10 days, turning once every two days, so that the salt penetrate evenly.
Pickled and dried: to be pickled plum fruit thoroughly, remove old, dried plum blanks.
Rinse: after dried plum blank into water, wash away excess salt.
Equipment Drying: desalted fish drying, after drying into the tank storage backup.
With ingredients and sauce: 100 kg 35 kg of sugar plum blanks required, saccharin 45 g, licorice 3 kg, 75 g vanilla and a small amount of food coloring. The licorice boiled into 60 kg liquorice liquid, then add other materials, stir, soak into plum blank.
Drying: The suction feet from a blank plum juice and dried.
Packaging: first in the Prune uniformly sprayed with vanilla and then packaged.
C: product quality requirements: appearance was "Cream powder", pulp dry wrinkled into a pattern, sticky, flavor is sligLDly salty, sweet and sour taste
