During running the machine, the prepared material is conveyed to the material hopper, where the material enter the barrel, the materials are pressed by moving forward of spiral.
Since the material is pressed inside the barrel, on the condition of the high pressure for the barrel, there is big frictional resistance among material, worm and barrel. So that the fraction will happen among the materials, generating relative movement. On the other hand, the worm diameter increases gradually. When the worm rotates, the screw thread makes the material move forward as well as turn outside, at same time, the material, which is close to the worm thread surface, rotates together with the barrel, so every particle in the barrel does not move at same speed and direction. Meanwhile, there is relative motion among the particles. The heating from the fraction, not only meet the demand of oil processing, but also it attributes to the material protein heat deformation, destroying the colloid as well as increasing the plasticity, at same time, it decreases the oil viscidity, making it easier to extract oil, thus, it improves the oil yield.
1.Before start-up, add 7kgs engine oil to the gear box.
2.After the machine installation, fill the lubricating oil according to the requirements, check whether all the parts are tigLD or not, whether the operation handle, spile is flexible or not.
3.Check the big pulley by hand and ensure whether there is loose or stuck phenomenon, if it is abnormal, solve it on time.
4.Adjust the tigLDness of the belt, start the motor, check whether the groove direction is consistent with the marked direction or not.
5.After checking, loosen the lock nut, tigLDing up the worm to the dead point, then return 3-4 circles, after that, forward half circle, ensuring the gap between worm and cake discharging opening.
