Brief Introduction:
BB fertilizer equipment is our newly developed mixing equipment. The most prominent advantage of this machine is a hybrid large, easy recipes, targeted to overcome the split phenomenon due to different specific gravity and particle size of the material in the process of downward mobility caused by the mixture to improve the accuracy of dosing. And the product is simple structure, easy operation, easy maintenance, greatly reducing equipment investment, saving manpower, financial and energy consumption.
Structure:
1.Rack components: the machine body all the work parts are all fixed to the frame of the machine body,are made of superior carbon steel plate, welded channel, and through a strict product certification and specific process requirements to achieve the purpose of machine.
Drive connection: motor driven pulley, belt, gear motor drive, mounted on the gear reducer gear to engage in the body, thus boosting jobs cylinder.
2.Cylinder working part: The machine adopts excellent steel plate cylinder partially processed by special technology. Cylinder wall with a special spiral mixing blades, while jobs in the cylinder, the material from the inlet to enter, under special spiral mixing blade flip Stir the material, avoiding the specific gravity and particle size of different materials in the process of downward mobility diversion phenomenon caused by the mixture.
3.Climb bucket feeding parts: aircraft climb bucket feeding part using a special process design. Quality guarantee term is for one year . Malfunctions which are caused by machine-self and quality will be responsible for our manufacturer. Other malfunctions which are caused by operation mistakes, man-made problems, etc will be responsible for clients-self.
