Operation Principle
The crops fed in from the feed zone are grabbed by the rotating toothed nail, moved around the roller spindle in spiral motion by the force of centrifugation. Under the impact of the toothed nail and rubbing of nails and combing of the conrave, the threshed grains fall on the vibration sieve. Due to the vibration, grains fall through the sieves and fall out through second time selection. The chaffs are discharged from the machine, either by being blown by main draught fan or absorbed in the fans. The rest of the crops are on the upper side of the vibration sieve, and removed from the grass discharge from the other side of the rotary drums after being absorbed into the long neck stem of the rotary drums.
