This whole line for making peanut butter include elevator, roasting, cooling, peeling, selecting, primary grinding, fine grinding, blending, cooling, degassing, filling.
main working process:
Roasting: batch roaster’s working temperature is 200-210 ºC,
20-30minutes.using batch roaster will bake some delicious smells.
Cooling: Peanuts will be sent to cooling belt to cool.
Peeling: put the roasted peanuts into peeler to take off the red skin, red coat will be taken off by double rollers by friction and extrusion. Besides,simple cyclone system will suck the red skins, most of them will be put into half-piece, then fall to the selecting conveyor, the over-roasted peanut kernel will be
picked up manually or mechanically. (It is matched with manual type conveyor in the quotation)
Primary grinding: Using steel grinder to make the first grinding;
