Here we are main introduce soya bean oil producing equipment: Solvent extraction line and refinery line:
Solvent extraction is an oil extraction method which is through soaking or spraying prepressed cake and low oil content seeds (Like soybean , rice bran )by a certain organic solvent. The principle of this part is the different solubility of solvent.
Main parts:
(1). Solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-type extractor
(2). Roary extractor: Spray and soak the prepressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be dissolved in solven(from miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mix-ed oil).
(3). DTDC: usd to separate the solvent from the wet meal.
(4). Evaporator 1st: It is used for evaporating 85% solvent out from the miscella.
(5). Evaporator 2nd: Using for evaporating 95% rest solvent out from the miscella.(6). Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in oil . And the solvent will be discharged to conden-ser for recycling.
(7). Condensers: used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.
Advantages:
(1). High oil yield , obvious economic benefit .
(2). 1% Residual oil rate in the dry meal .
(3). Improving the quality of the meal .
(4). Low processing cost , high labor productivity.
Edible oil refinery is according to the different usage and requirements, utilizing the physical methods and
chemical processes to get rid of the harmful impurities and needless substance in the crude oil, getting standard oil.
It is suitable for refining kinds vegetable oil, like sunflower oil, palm oil, rice bran oil, soybean oil, palm oil, etc.
Main process:
(1).Filtering the crude oil to remove the suspended impurities.
(2).Mixing the p-acid to the crude oil to remove the Phospholipid and dilute alkalis to neutralize FFA. Then separating the soapstock and oil .
(3).Using the active clay to absorb pigment.
(4).Injecting the direct steam to remove the odors.

(1).Remove the harmful elements in the crude oil .
(2).It can refine kinds of crude vegetable oil.
(3).Low investment.

A Screw consists basically of a worm assembly,a shft fitted with spirally-arranged worm sections,rather like a screw.The shaft turns horizontally in a cage consisting of barrel bars that are clamped together forming a kind of sloted tube around the shaft.In turning,the worm assembly moves the oil-seed from the feed-end to the dischage-end,expelling the oil through the slots between the bars of the of the cage.The oil-seed,as it moves along the shaft,loses oil,and its volume decreases accordingly.Small Scale Screw Pressing Machine can be used to press oil from Peanut,Coleseed ,Cottonseed,Sunflower Seed,Soya bean,cocoa nut,argan,sesame,black cumin,almond ,pomegranate seeds,Palm Kernal and other oil-seed material.
