Tallow oil refining plant
We can manufacture three types crude oil refinery machines for 19 years.
A.Bacth type: It is very economic and efficient , it is suitable for oil refining small capacity crudeoil , such as 1-20 tons .
B.Semi-continuous: It is semilar with batch type refinery , but in the deodorization section is different . The semi-continuous refinery adpots deodorization tower to get ride of the odors , the effectiveness is more obvious. It is suitable for refining 30-60 tons crude palm oil .
C.Continuous: This type refinery line is suitable for refining the capacity above 80 tons.Indeed , our smallest continuous refinery machine is 30 tons .
These refinery machines can refine all kinds crude vegetable oil .
Here , our main purpose is introduce the batch-type tallow oil refining plant :
A.Preheating secticon:
Pumping crude oil into hydrate tank (oil refining tank), on one hand, quickly stirring , on the other hand, heating by
steam or heat-transfer oil (in coil pipe), rise oil temperature.
B.Degumming section:
This is the most important section of hydrate de-gumming, manage the adding water (there is a little P-acid in the
water) amount, temperature and add water speed, usually water adding amount is about 3 times of phospholipid
content, that is 3-10% oil weigLD, water temp needs to be higher than oil temp.
C.Deacidification section:
This part adopt alkali refining method, that is use alkalis like (NaOH) to neutral the free fatty acid in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock , then separated from the oil by setting several hours. NAOH solution, not only neutral free fatty acid, also can act with other matters like protein, mucus, phospholipid, pigment. After settling, release the soapstock from the tank bottom. Adding hot water to rinse, remove off the leftover lye , soap and some unhydrated phospholipid in the oil. Finally pumping out soapstock from the tank bottom.
D.Decolorization Section:
In normal situation , there is pigment in the crude oil , we need to using the active clay to absorbthe pigment away , after 20 mins , we use the vibrating filter to filter the waste clay away . If you want to get ligLD color oil , you need toadd more active clay . That is mean , the customer can accord to his requirement to control the oil color. This process is carried out under the vacuum condition.
E.Deodorization and Dehydration Section:
Usually ,there are some odors in the crude oil , it affects the quality of the edible oil . About our refining process , we usually use the direct steam to take odors away in the vacuum condition . General speaking there is about 0.5% water in the alkali refined oil, in the deodorization pot , thetemperature is very high , it also can finish the dehydration section.
F. Filtering:
This process can remove off the small amount of unsettle gum soluble impurities in the degummed oil, after oil dehydrate cooling (60 °C), filtering again, to ensure the product oil quality. Th-en pumping the final oil into the oil tank.
G.Dewaxing section:
After refining , there is a final process is required , that is De-waxing .Because there is some wax content in the sunflower oil , you need to remove it , or it will affect the quality of the edible oil .

Small Scale Screw Pressing Machine is advanced black seed oil machine, characterized by simple design,easy to operate, high production capacity and high oil output rate. Moreover, this Multiple vegetable and tallow oil refining plant can be used for various raw materials, and depending on the oil content of particular crop you are pressing, Multiple vegetable and tallow oil refining plant will extract about 90%-95% oil of it.
A Screw consists basically of a worm assembly,a shft fitted with spirally-arranged worm sections,rather like a screw.The shaft turns horizontally in a cage consisting of barrel bars that are clamped together forming a kind of sloted tube around the shaft.In turning,the worm assembly moves the oil-seed from the feed-end to the dischage-end,expelling the oil through the slots between the bars of the of the cage.The oil-seed,as it moves along the shaft,loses oil,and its volume decreases accordingly.Small Scale Screw Pressing Machine can be used to press oil from Peanut,Coleseed ,Cottonseed,Sunflower Seed,Soya bean,cocoa nut,argan,sesame,black cumin,almond ,pomegranate seeds,Palm Kernal and other oil-seed material.
