the process flow of the rice bran oil refining machine
From the section we can get the 1st grade rice bran oil
1, Dephosphorization and degumming: through add some hot water about the 2% of the oil, the temperature about 60-70ÃÂðc, then stir 15 minutes, we can get rid of the phosphorization acid and phospholipids.
2, Physical deacidification and deodorization: use the alkali to neutralizate the acid, this section, we can get the byproducts: soapstock, alkali is finished about within 15minutes, the final temperature is approximately 75-80ÃÂðc.
3, Dehydration: making use of the soft water to washing the crude oil, then dewatering to get the rice bran oil refining .
4, Decolorization and filtering: the color is mainly made of some organic pigments and organic degradation products, and most of the color will affect the oil appearance, in order to get the high grade oil, we must decolorizate.
5, Crystallation and maturing: there are some wax in the rice bran, the content of the rice bran is about 1%-5%, through the crystallation and maturing, we can get the high high nutritional value oil.
