Rice bran oil molecular distillation first class refining method introduction:
a.This is a kind of physical rice bran oil refining technoloLD adopting vacuum steam-distillation to remove FFA in crude rice bran oil instead of neutralization.
b. After heating, the crude rice bran oil is frozen in cooling system and sent to filter system. The rice bran oil enters into degassing system after heated in heater, and then enters into deacidification system while being heated to 220-255âÃÂÃÂ.
c.Rice bran oil flows into molecular distillation after cooling. The ligLD component is pumped into cooling system by 5-30Pa high vacuum and flow into ligLD component tank. The heavy component is separated and flows into heavy component tank simultaneously.
d.The following heating process will make ligLD component pumped into ligLD component collection tank by 0.1-10Pa high vacuum, and heavy component flows into heavy component collection tank.
e.Rice bran oil enters crystallization tank through fat securer and efficient cooling in condenser. The refined rice bran oil obtains after filtering in filter.
f.Key feature of rice bran oil refining with molecular distillation: High oil yield, high oil purity, no waste water emission, first class rice bran oil refining, low investment, less auxiliary.
