The machine working principle:
The paddy rice enter into the husking room, the rice be delivery to the roller, and move forward spirally on the surface of roller. There are blade on the surface of roller, it will cut and peel the paddy rice skin. Also it cause collision between rice and rice, rice and rice screen, which also has the function of peel the rice skin. At the mean time, the machine blowing function will force the rice bran out of the machine from the mesh hole.
Machine main part:
The rice husking and milling machine mainly composed of hopper device, husking room, discharge device, blowing system, drive system and machine main frame and so on.
Machine function:
This machine husking part can process the paddy into rice at one time. At the meantime, it can finish the separate of rice, rice bran, crushed rice.
This machine milling part can be used to crush rice, corn, sorghum, beans, potato, stem and so on.
But the raw material water content and contains miscellaneous will affect the final product quality.
Switch machine:
This machine has two part: husking part and milling part. These two parts share one electric motor. The user can choose to change the V-belt, which means when the user need to use the husking machine, please install the V-belt onto the husking part, when need to use the milling part, please install the V-belt onto the milling part.
This two part machine can not be used at same time.
