Introduction of poultry feed machine
Pellet machine is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel or feed.
the raw materials can be made from any type of agro-forestry waster:groundnut shell,
sugarcane bio-gases,saw dust,coffee husk,paddy straw ,sunflower stalk,cotton stalks,tobacco waste mustard stalk,jute waste,bamboo dust,tea waste,wheat straw,palm husk,soybeans husk rice husks,wood chips and many agro wastes.the pellet machine can make these raw materials into useful fuel ,fertilizer or feed pellet for animals.
Working process of poultry feed machine
1. The feed ingredients run through feeder into conditioner and will be conditioned & mixed in the conditioner with vapor, then it goes into the pelletizing chamber through blanking taper slot.
2. The powder material is feeded by scraper into the second pelletizing zone in the ring die. And then the material will be pressed by ring die and rollers into pellets.
3. The pellet is discharged from the die hole and cut into the requested size by the cutter.

1.For pig, the pellet diameter is usually ø3.5-6.5mm.
2.For cattle, the pellet diameter is usually ø4.5-8mm.
3.For chicken, pellet diameter is usually ø3.2mm.
4.For fish, pellet diameter is usuallyø2.0, ø2.5, ø3.0mm.
5.For shrimps, pellet diameter is usually ø1.0-ø3.5mm.
