Working process:
Corn feed from the feed inlet , and corn have been hit in the high-speed rotation of the rotor and the roller , the grain separated by the sieve , corn cobs discharged from the rear of the machine , Sporisorium , skin discharge from the outlet . Feed opening set to the upper part of the superstructure in the machine , corn on the cob into the threshing chamber through the inlet by high-speed rotation of the rotor impact corn kernels off in the threshing room , separated by sieve feed entrance to the lower part of a baffle to prevent falling corn kernels splash wounding .The machine , threshing efficiency is determined by the length and diameter of the drum , the user can according to their own threshing efficiency , a reasonable selection of this series of corn sheller .
